Positionality: Alway In-Between (Los Angeles County, CA)

$2,500.00
  • 24” wide x 18” high

  • Archival inkjet print mounted on 1/8” aluminum

  • Hangs on wall with cleat

  • Only 3 editions of this image will ever be created

Positionality: Alway In-Between (Los Angeles County, CA) is part of series Construct, in which I digitally re-install my photo-based sculptures into infrastructural locations in California. These new placements create surreal images that reinforce the need for unprecedented perspectives and approaches in the face of entrenched systems, and add another dimension of scale to the many layers of approaches and places already embedded. Each site spotlights process—the foundational means by which capitalism directs us to accomplish the tasks that make up our lives. See more of the images for sale within this series here.

The material, size and approach to turning these images into physical objects have been thoughtfully chosen to emphasize and honor the relationship to sculpture.

Please note that is object may have been previously handled and hung.
